What is Herbal Tea Infusion?

Herbal tea is non-caffeinated tea and comes from dried herbs, spices, flowers and even fruits. Bagged herbal tea is made by filling a thin 1 inch sized square of soft, thin paper with the herb and steeping it. Some tea bags are made of mesh nylon. Herbal teas include and are not limited to rooibos, chamomile, mint, cinnamon, ginger and blueberry. The tea is made by steeping the herbal tea in hot water for several minutes, before serving.
